Description / scope and content:: The volume "Orders of the institute for 1966" was bound together, including general and personnel orders for the educational institution which were signed by Yakym Prokhorovych Zapasko, rector of the Lviv State Institute of Applied and Decorative Arts (since 2004, the Lviv National Academy of Arts); Chalyi M.F., acting rector of LSIADA (pp. 3-9, 13-17, 46-47, 54-62, 84, 97-102, 163-164, 189). Order on approval of AC (Admission Commission) - No. 61 of May 3, 1966 (p. 192). Order on the approval of the Commission for the Foreign Language Exam (including R. Selskyi) - No. 69 of May 16, 1966 (p. 178). Order on approval of the Nomenclature of Cases - No. 89 of June 21, 1966 (p. 144-153). Order on the transfer of students to the next course - No. 101 of July 9, 1966 (p. 117). Order on admission to the 1st year - No. 107 of July 26, 1966 (p. 106). The title page of the case is signed in Russian, the orders are executed on a typewriter in Ukrainian. The total number is 269 sheets.

Physical description:: Error in the volume page numbering: "52" is missed. Documents are enclosed in reverse chronological order. Some pages have a handwritten commentary on the back.
