- The volume "Orders of the institute for 1952" was bound together, stamp inscription "Fund No._, Inventory No. 1, Storage unit No. 93", including general and personnel orders for the educational institution which were signed by Hennadii Artemovych Leonov, Director of the Lviv State Institute of Applied and Decorative Arts (since 2004 – LNAA, Lviv National Academy of Arts). The documents include: order on conducting inventory of material assets – No. 7 dated January 16, 1952, item 1; order on appointment of the examination board for special subjects for the 5th year – No. 12 dated January 24, 1952; order on transfer of students to the next year – No. 19 dated February 12, 1952; order on conducting shooting competitions – No. 21 dated February 15, 1952, item 2; order on exemption of students from tuition fees on the basis of certificates – No. 33 dated March 5, 1952, items 1 and 2; order on approval of the staff schedule of the administrative and economic department – No. 41 dated March 21, 1952, item 4; order on conducting sports competitions – No. 60 dated April 24, 1952; order on admission to state examinations – No. 87 dated June 18, 1952; order on sending students for industrial practice – No. 88 dated June 19, 1952; order on transfer of students to the next year – No. 99 dated July 4, 1952, item 2; order on temporary appointment of Acting Director O.P. Sidorov, Dean of the Institute – No. 115 dated August 5, 1952, item 3; order on conducting inventory of material assets – No. 148 dated October 9, 1952; order on approval of pedagogical workload and staff schedule – No. 149 dated October 11, 1952. The file was kept in Ukrainian and Russian languages. The total number is 126 sheets (129 images).
