- The volume "Orders of the institute for 1970" was bound together, including general and personnel orders for the educational institution which were signed by Yakim Prokhоrovych Zapasko (pp. 1-51, 56-120, 124-211, 227-329, 337-338, 356), the rector of the Lviv State Institute of Applied and Decorative Arts (since 2004 - Lviv National Academy of Arts); and M.F. Chalyi, the acting rector of the LSIADA (pp. 52-55, 121-123, 212-226, 330-336, 339-355). The order on the approval of the Admission Commission (AC) - No. 65 dated June 18, 1970 (pp. 163-166). The order on the approval of the State Examination Board (SEB) - No. 66 dated June 19, 1970 (pp. 167-168). The order on the issuance of diplomas - No. 70 dated June 29, 1970 (pp. 178-184). The order on the enrollment of applicants for the 1st year - No. 80 dated July 27, 1970 (pp. 206-209). The title page of the case is signed in Russian, the orders are executed on a typewriter in Ukrainian. The total number is 356 sheets.
