- The volume "Orders of the institute for 1965" was bound together, including general and personnel orders for the educational institution which were signed by Yakym Prokhorovych Zapasko, rector of the Lviv State Institute of Applied and Decorative Arts (since 2004, the Lviv National Academy of Arts); Chalyi M.F., acting rector of LSIADA (pp. 27-29, 43, 177-188, 196-205, 222-234); M.V. Kurilych, acting rector of LSIADA (p. 124, 126-141, 152, 225); M.P. Kolosov, acting rector of LSIADA and vice-rector of the AOD (Administrative and Operational Department) (p. 125). Order on the approval of the SEB (State Examination Board) - No. 69a of June 18, 1965 (p. 86). Order on additional enrollment of students in the Evening Department - No. 112 of Sep 1, 1965 (p. 153). The title page of the case is signed in Russian, the orders are executed on a typewriter in Ukrainian. The total number is 244 sheets.
