- The volume "Orders of the institute for 1951" was bound together, with the stamp inscription "Fund No._, Inventory No. 1, Storage unit No. 74", including general and personnel orders for the educational institution which were signed by Hennadii Artemovych Leonov, Director of the Lviv State Institute of Applied and Decorative Arts (since 2004, Lviv National Academy of Arts). The documents include: order on the dismissal of M.F. Bavstruk from the duties of Deputy Director for Educational and Scientific Work and his transfer to the position of Head of the Department of Artistic Textiles – No. 7 dated January 24, 1951, item 1; order on the appointment of I.V. Boichenko to the position of Deputy Director for Educational and Scientific Work – No. 7 dated January 24, 1951, item 2; order on the transfer of students to the next year of study based on the results of the winter examination session – No. 12 dated February 2, 1951; order on the organization of shooting competitions – No. 16 dated February 8, 1951; order on the exemption of students from tuition fees based on submitted documents for benefits – No. 50 dated April 7, 1951; order on sending groups of students for industrial internships to cities of the USSR (Kyiv, Mukachevo, Chernivtsi, Odesa, Riga, Moscow, etc.) – No. 84 dated July 7, 1951, item 4; order on the transfer of students to the next year of study – No. 98 dated July 30, 1951; order on the enrollment of students based on the results of entrance examinations – No. 109 dated August 20, 1951; order on the inventory of material assets – No. 126 dated September 25, 1951; order on the transfer of individual LSIADA students to the Kharkiv and Kyiv Art Institutes based on the directive of the Committee on Arts of the Ukrainian SSR – No. 132 dated October 4, 1951, item 3; order on keeping a book of orders for the admission of sitter-models by the academic department – No. 134 dated October 8, 1951, item 3; order on the approval of the staffing schedule – No. 138 dated October 13, 1951; order on the appointment of D.M. Nemira, Dean of the Institute, as Acting Director for the period of the creative assignment of the current Director H.A. Leonov – No. 149 dated October 29, 1951, item 2. The volume was maintained in Ukrainian and Russian. The total number is 101 sheets (103 images).
