- The volume "Orders of the institute for 1968" was bound together, including general and personnel orders for the educational institution which were signed by Yakym Prokhorovych Zapasko (pp. 1-2, 232-249, 268-292), rector of the Lviv State Institute of Applied and Decorative Arts (since 2004, the Lviv National Academy of Arts); Chalyi M.F., acting rector of LSIADA (pp. 3-183); Ostrovskyi V.O., acting rector of LSIADA (pp. 184-267); Balukh I.Y., acting rector of LSIADA (pp. 110-114). Order on approval of AC (Admission Commission) - No. 56 of May 20, 1968 (pp. 107-108). Order on enrollment of students for the next course - No. 68 of June 18, 1968 (p. 135). Order on the issuance of diplomas - No. 72 of June 29, 1968 (p. 157). Order on enrolling applicants for the 1st year - No. 81 of July 25, 1968 (p. 177). The title page of the case is signed in Russian, the orders are executed on a typewriter in Ukrainian. The total number is 293 sheets.
