- The volume "Orders of the institute for 1967" was bound together, including general and personnel orders for the educational institution which were signed by Yakym Prokhorovych Zapasko, rector of the Lviv State Institute of Applied and Decorative Arts (since 2004, the Lviv National Academy of Arts); Chalyi M.F., acting rector of LSIADA (pp. 116, 169-182, 251, 285); M.V. Kurilych, acting rector of LSIADA (p. 220); Pavshukov M.I., vice-rector of the AOD (Administrative and Operational Department) (p. 90, 151, 153). Order on approval of AC (Admission Commission) - No. 69 of May 30, 1967 (p. 99). Order on the approval of the SEB (State Examination Board) - No. 80 of June 19, 1967 (p. 117). The title page of the case is signed in Russian, the orders are executed on a typewriter in Ukrainian. The total number is 286 sheets.
