Order on approval of the Admission Commission (AC) - No. 29 dated March 10, 1969 (p. 55). Order on approval of the State Examination Board (SEB) - No. 73 dated June 24, 1969 (p. 152). Order on issuing diplomas - No. 76 dated June 30, 1969 (p. 157). Order on enrolling applicants for the 1st year - No. 84 dated July 26, 1969 (p. 177). The cover page of the case is signed in Russian, the orders are typed in Ukrainian. Total number is 306 sheets.
