- The bound volume/personal file of student Yevhen Mykytovych Lysyk, cover inscription "Personal file of student Lysyk Yevheniy Nikitovich", stamp inscription "Fund No. R-1653, Description No. 2-OS, Case No. 160", including a statement for reinstatement as a fifth-year student, a copy of the order indicating in item 3 the enrollment of Yevhen Lysyk as a fifth-year student at the Department of Monumental and Decorative Painting, the student's personal card, a copy of the grade book for the fifth year, a copy of the labor record book, a recommendation letter from the Lviv National Opera and Ballet Theatre named after Ivan Franko, a student reference from the Ivan Fedorov Ukrainian Printing Institute, a certificate of exam enrollment at the Lviv State Institute of Applied and Decorative Arts, a copy of the grade book, and a copy of the student ID. The file was conducted in Ukrainian and Russian languages. The total number is 27 sheets (45 images).
