Автор хотіла зобразити історію переселеного народу в часи другої світової війни. Зображено сім'ю: чоловіка, дружину і трьох дітей. У виконанні роботи за основу було обрано бойківські інтер'єрні тканини як ансамбль текстильного інтер’єру.
