Description / scope and content:: The bound personal file of student Oleg Mykhailovych Tistol, cover inscription "Case No. 3155, Tistol Oleg Mykhailovych," stamp inscription "Fund R-1653, Description 2-OS, Case No. 3155," including an application for admission to entrance examinations, a graduate's reference from the Taras Shevchenko Republican Art Secondary School, a production reference from the Ukrainian SSR Art Fund, an excerpt from the labor record book, examination sheet, written work, manuscript (Ukrainian language exam, grade "4, four"), an excerpt from the order of enrollment in the first year, a transcript of records, student card, a copy of the order for qualification assignment and diploma issuance, clearance sheet, grade book, student ID card, application for referral to work at the Obukhiv workshop under the Kyiv production and design workshops, request for referral to work at the Obukhiv workshop under the Kyiv production and design workshops, referral to work at the Kyiv regional production artistic design combine (Brovary). The file was maintained in Ukrainian and Russian languages. The total number is 24 sheets (47 images).
