Description / scope and content:: The volume "Orders of the institute, vol. 1[1949]" was bound together, bearing the stamp inscription "Fund No._, Inventory No. 1, Storage unit No. 37", including general and personnel orders for the educational institution which were signed by Hennadii Artemovych Leonov, Rector of the LSIADA, Lviv State Institute of Applied and Decorative Arts (since 2004, LNAA, Lviv National Academy of Arts). The documents include: order on the transfer of students to the next year – No. 19 dated February 9, 1949; order on expulsion of students for academic failure – No. 20 dated February 10, 1949; order assigning the duty porter to check student IDs and visitors’ parcels at the institute due to regular thefts of material assets – No. 65 dated May 16, 1949; order approving the composition of the AC, Admission Commission – No. 66 dated May 17, 1949; order on the completion of the academic year and the appointment of educational and industrial practice, as well as conducting new student admissions – No. 71 dated May 28, 1949; order on expulsion of students for non-payment of tuition – No. 72 dated May 30, 1949; order on commencement of the AC, Admission Commission’s duties for entrance examinations from August 1, 1949 – No. 82 dated June 28, 1949, item 2; order on the transfer of students to the next year – No. 85 dated July 3, 1949. The file was maintained in Ukrainian and Russian. The total number is 40 sheets (42 images).
