Description / scope and content:: The bound volume of the archival case "18. Personnel Department. Dismissed Employees, 2015, Book 9, 'O'", with the stamp inscription "Fund R-1653, Description No. 2-OS", consists of the following personal files: lecturer Ovsiichuk Volodymyr Antonovych. Among the enclosed documents are the following: personnel accounting sheet, personal card of employee Ovsiichuk V.A., applications for appointment as a lecturer, autobiography, extracts from orders, excerpts from the minutes of meetings of the Academic Council of the Lviv State Institute of Applied and Decorative Arts, excerpts from the minutes of meetings of the Department of Painting, certificate of total work experience, agreement certificate for concurrent employment from the Lviv branch of the Institute of Art Studies, Folklore and Ethnography named after Maksym Rylskyi, contract No. 5 dated May 1, 1993, between LSIADA and Professor of the Department of Academic Painting Ovsiichuk V.A., copy of diploma "D" No. 080766 dated July 1, 1952, for completing the Faculty of History at Lviv State University named after Ivan Franko, copy of Candidate's degree diploma dated March 4, 1967, copy of Associate Professor certificate "MDC" No. 078083 dated February 7, 1973, copy of Doctoral degree diploma "IS" No. 000213 (Decision of the Higher Attestation Commission dated June 13, 1990), copy of Professor certificate Series "PR" No. 000899 dated November 15, 2001, copy of certificate for the medal "Veteran of Labor" dated May 10, 1990, copy of certificate for Honored Artist of Ukraine No. 282 dated November 14, 1989, copy of Presidential Decree from Ukraine dated March 2, 1994, on awarding the State Prize named after Taras Shevchenko, report on scientific work by Professor Ovsiichuk V.A. from the Department of Academic Painting at LNAA, list of scientific works, creative characteristics of Professor Ovsiichuk V.A. from the Department of Sacred Art at LNAA (Vice-Rector for Scientific Work Roman Yatsiv). The case was conducted in Ukrainian and Russian languages. The total number is 121 sheets (133 images).
